1. Recipient of personal data – legal or natural person, to whom the personal data about the Consumer is provided (as it is described below), including all related companies to lovelin.lt (parent, subsidiary companies), partners, with which lovelin.lt (as it is described below) cooperates while seeking to give an opportunity for the Consumers to use the Web site;
2. Personal data – any information, related to a natural person – a data subject, whose identity is known or could be directly or indirectly identified by using such data as a personal code, one or more characteristic features, which are common to a person, such as of physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social nature;
3. Information society services – usually these are provided services by the individual request of a receiver of informational society service, provided with a fee through electronic means and by distance;
4. Browser – a programme, helping to reach internet websites, on the web, a personal computer or a phone;
5. Account – a result of registration of a consumer on the website, in the sequel of which a Consumer profile is created, which protects one’s personal data and the process of using  Website services;
6. Privacy policy – this document, in which the main rules of Personal data collection, accumulation, regulation and storage are foreseen, and applied to Consumers while using the Website;
7. Cookies – small files, uploaded into a Consumer’s computer, phone, tablet or other device under use, while a Consumer is visiting in the Website, with the help of which the Website recognises a consumer’s device. This definition not only covers cookies, but also the use of other similar measures (e.g., Flash cookies);

9. Website administrator – a person responsible for Website administration, i.e. lovelin (as it is described below);

12. Client – every natural person using the Website, independently from the fact, if one is a registered consumer, or one is using the Website as a guest;

PRIVACY POLICY

1.1. This privacy policy regulates JSC ‘’Limageda“ electronic shop www.lovelin.lt and www.lovelin.lt client’s (subsequently – You, Your) main principles and order of personal data gathering, regulation and safety.
1.2. Gathering, regulation and safety of Your personal data are defined by this privacy policy,   the Law of personal data legal safety of the Republic of Lithuania and other legislation.
1.3. Consumers, who provide their Personal data in the Website, agree that Lovelin.lt will manage and regulate it for the means, with the measures and by the order, which are defined in this Privacy policy.  
1.4. Consumers are treated as introduced to this Privacy policy, when they register in the Website.
1.5. One can get introduced to this Privacy policy repeatedly at any time in the Website.
1.6. This Privacy policy is also applied automatically for Consumers, who use the Website as guests without registering, as much as it is allowed by the general rules of the Website.
1.7. We commit to sell the products to natural persons, who are no younger than 18 years. If You are younger than 18 years, You can only buy with the permission of Your parents or guardians.
